We're obsessed with getting great gear to you and your pet. Here's what to expect when you place an order with us.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow along.

Delivery Time Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days. We work with a curated network of global suppliers to bring you stylish, high-quality pet gear at prices that make sense. This means some items may ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages. Don't be surprised if your carrier tote shows up before your pet's new outfit. It's all coming.

Shipping Rates A flat shipping rate of $5.99 applies to all US orders. Free shipping on orders over $75.

Multiple Items, Multiple Shipments Because we source from several trusted suppliers, items in the same order may arrive separately and at different times. Each shipment will have its own tracking number so you always know where everything is.

Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.
